	Cosy furnished apartment in an entirely renovated farmhouse, for accommodation of up to 5 people. The Gîte has three rooms on the first floor, near the owners, a staircase outside the house and with a view on the garden from a small terrace. The gîtes are located on a quiet property of 2 ha, overlooking the beautiful valley and with the garden enclosed in the middle of the wine-yards. The swimming pool (6 m x 13 m) is available for all guests and the owners.
The living room is furnished with a rattan chair, a table with 6 chairs and dresser cupboard. The fully equipped kitchen contains: a dishwasher a fridge a microwave oven a mini oven four vitroceramic cooking plates with cooker hood a toaster a coffee machine an electric water kettle a vacuum cleaner a wash machine in the bathroom a wood stove

A large room with double bed (160), a large closet - with view on the garden. A second large room with double bed (140), a single bed (90) and a closet - with view on the wine-yards. Possibility to add a baby-bed in each room. Baby chair on request. A bathroom with large shower, lavabo and toilet. Central heating in the whole apartment. The living room gives on the terrace with view on the garden. The terrace contains a small table and wooden chairs. More garden furniture is available at the courtyard. At the ground floor there is a private terrace with a large table and 5 chairs. Covered parking and Wood stove. There is also a place to play petanque, swing and trampoline. Direct access to the walking paths and the river. 800 m of the village (a cafe-restaurant with bakery, tobacco, drinks, etc). All necessary shops are available in Tulette (3 km) and Vaison la Romaine (12 km). Every morning a baker comes along at the gîtes from Tuesday till Saturday.
